Description
FW-JCS2 type seals are designed for use in pumps for environmentally hazardous and abrasive liquids when the operating limits of single seals are exceeded. The dual compensation design of the packing allows the use of either pressurized or non-pressurized buffer liquid. This design guarantees reliable and long-lasting operation under the most difficult conditions, reducing the consumption of sealing fluid and avoiding emissions to the environments.

JCS2P: OEM (Sulzer Ahlstar Up) Double O-ring seal and external stationary spring
JCS2A: Application-specific double seal for Sulzer liquid ring pumps and Andritz ACP pumps
JCS2M: Application-specific double seal for Sulzer multi-stage multi-stage pumps
JCS2-MC: Double seal application-specific application for MC pumps from Andritz
JCS2E: Application-specific double seal for Sulzer hot liquid pumps Industrial
Structural Features:
Single end (SN) and double end (DN), multiple springs, balanced (SN) and double balanced (DN), independent direction of rotation, still type cartridge seals. All contacting parts are non-metallic which prevents the Inboard seal parts to get corroded in all extreme acidic applications. This component has good compensation and is suitable for the situations of sudden changes of system pressure. The compensatory ring is inside the flange and the elastomer rings protect the springs at the medium side to make sure no contact between the springs and the medium, which prevents the corrosion to the springs.

Scopes of Application:
Mainly used in paper-making equipment, slurry pumps, pressure screens, for industries such as chemical engineering, power plants, mining, oil refining, alumina plants, food processing, pharmacy, and paper making. This seal works as an alternative to similar products of Sulzer, working as Safematic JCS2 replacement seals.

- Temperature: – 20 ~ 180 ºC
- Linear Speed: 20 m/s or less
- Pressure of Cooling Water: 0.1 to 0.3 MPa
- Solid Capacity: 25% or less
